State of the Union

I believe that Obama in general did a very good job with his speech. He spoke in a way that made you feel hopeful for our country and feel like everything is going to get better. I found it interesting that after every sentence he said, every single Democrat would jump to their feet and applaud loudly, but all the Republicans would remain seated with a sour look on their faces. I think that a lot of what Obama said would help our country as a whole, but other stuff he said just to raise our spirits. I think Obama is doing a great job as our President so far.
